How are your fabrics sold?
All our fabrics are sold by the full metre. If you order multiple quantities of the same fabric, it will be sent as one continuous length whenever possible.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping options across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery arrives within 1-2 business days.
Can I request fabric samples before placing a large order?
Yes, we understand the importance of feeling the texture and seeing the true color. You can order small swatches of most of our stocked fabrics for a nominal fee.
What is your return policy for cut-to-order items?
As fabric is cut specifically to your requested length, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact our support team within 14 days if there is an issue with your order.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We photograph all our products in professional lighting to ensure color accuracy. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and screen resolution.
